You are buying public-domain digital art, which will be electronically delivered to you as a JPEG image file. Once payment is complete, there will be a hyperlink(s) at the bottom of the screen. Click on it and you will be directed to a page where you can download the image(s) to your computer. If there's a problem in the download process, contact us, and we will email you the image. There are no returns and no refunds*.
We do not share your contact information with anyone. All financial information goes through our credit card provider–USA Epay–and is purged from our system. Our site's security certificate is provided by Network Solutions/ Monster Commerce and is 100% secure.
*If there is a substantial problem with an image you buy (bad color, haze, unprecedented pixelation at the suggested print size etc.) and, if we either remove or replace the image on our Website due to your feedback, we will refund you the amount you paid for that image.
The Long Version
Electronic Delivery
All of our images are delivered digitally as JPEG image files once payment is complete. For Paypal customers and customers who checkout through our shopping cart, the delivery is instant. For Google Checkout customers, this process can be one to three business days (see below).
A brown link will appear at the bottom of the Order Summary page. By clicking on the link, the customer will be directed to the download page and will click on the download now button in order to save the digital file to their computer.
Attention Google Checkout Customers
Paying for product via Paypal or with a credit card through our shopping cart ensures instant delivery. However, with Google Checkout, there will be a 1-3 business day delay period before you receive your link for download. This is because we have to manually charge your card in Google Checkout, wait for it to be approved, and then email you your digital product.
Returns/Refunds
There are no returns and no refunds for high-resolution images you buy from RestoredTraditions.com. However, we will email you the image(s) in the event of a demonstrable technical difficulty with the download process. If, however, there is a substantial problem with an image you buy (bad color, haze, unprecedented pixelation at the suggested print size etc.) and, if we either remove or replace the image on our Website due to your feedback, we will refund you the amount you paid for that image.
As soon as payment is complete in the shopping cart, a link(s) will appear on the confirmation page. Clicking on the link(s) allows the customer to download the image(s).
